I think it's a good idea to go see a dr! I have one next month. Don't make the smell the primary concern you have just tell your dr how you are having digestive issues and you have noticed that you are getting severe odor too.

Possible test to ask about:
Stool analysis
H. Pyloric
Stomach acid test
Food malabsorption
