Do i need a cleanser?

Ive just done parastroy but didn't do any bowel cleansing.

I will start humaworm when it gets here.

I'm suffering from malabsorbtion and ragged soft stools.

I feel i need to clean my intestines and colon.

Should i use a commercial product like Oxypowder or do enemas instead?

I would like to point out that i do not suffer from constipation and that i have 1 BM every day.

But i would like to cleanse my system.
