I am not a smoker. But I have tested the following formula on a smoker with some success:
1) Take St. John's wort sublingually. (Please do not swallow it)
2) Take Tryptophan sublingually. (Please do not swallow it)
3) Stick to carbohydrate meals, avoid protein.
Do these in the afternoon. Repeat these steps for at least two weeks.
The key of this formula is to boost the serotonin levels in the brain. Tryptophan does not go into the brain easily unless you minimize the intake of protein. This means that your meal should not contain any meat or other high protein foodstuff.
I wonder if you can share your experience as well?
