Yeah, take it with a fatty meal. I got 1000mg of it.. egaten.. in france. I ate it with a huge meal of bacon and salami. Within 5 minutes it worked beautifully.

The unfortunate thing about the situation was 2 days prior I ruptured a portion of my bile duct trying ot push a fluke out of it. This wedged fluke blocked the duct. When I took the egaten, the stunned flukes traveled to the tear and exited thru the duct and to a channel of subcutaneous fat or somewhere in my pancreas. Anyways, needless to say after 4 days of my body circulating them to different areas they came back to life. If you have a systemic infection overdo it in my opinion.

I knew within 5 minutes it worked. It is that strong. If it isn't working maybe you should take more.

The articles I have read say for an infestation take 10mg/kg twice twelve hours apart.

What I plan to do if and when my egaten arrives in do one dose, then another 12 hours later. Then wait 24 hours and do another 24 hours later. I am hoping they didn't build a resistance to the medicine because of the blocked duct incident. So, freaking confusing!!!

Then it's on to buying a taser and zapping them!!
