Hi, I have been on the Lugols, anti candida diet,'Now' Candida Clear, and garlic caps for about 6 weeks.My resting pulse has improved to 55-60 [previously 40 at times]and my temperature in the morning has improved to about 97.7f [36.5c] from 97.16f. The only trouble is although my head is clearer and generally my mood is improved, I do not have any more energy and aches and pains are no better, sometimes even worse.My digestion is very upset - heartburn all the time.
Am I expecting too much too soon? Deotima.
