I realize that ph can vary widely, but by looking at the various numbers I believe you can get a pretty good picture of what it is in your body.
For example if it varied from 5.0 to 6.5 that would not be good.
My ph varies indeed, based on what I am eating. If I eat milk, meat and grains, etc., it goes down. If I add in veggies, especially green ones, & some kinds of fruit, it goes up. The ph paper lets me know that the right diet is giving me the right kind of reading.
