The only thing I know that shoulodn't be done while your working is the first time use of a Russian Zapper, the school kids might think your too cool if they seen you dancing with one of them in you, otherwise the orange juice method and herbs as wellas the sitz bath can be done by all anytime.

The no crash should be taken on an empty stomach and is ideal while fasting. The 3 parts of the No Crash can more than support life and these 3 things provide ample alkaline nutrients and along with the orange juice a person should be able to do a 21 day fast with NO CRASH.
