Took me almost a year on Iodine to reach 37 C

took me another year or two to reach 37,4 this is my ultimate temperature.

From your first post; reason I post is due to the Iodine newbies; as this is quite typical for a first post; and later posts show your progress.


"I have just started Iodoral and first was using kelp to build up to it,
at half of a 12.5 and had no idea how bad the die off or detox would be,
I could barely get threw the day i was so fatigued, I stopped and went back to the kelp as I had not idea what was going on till i started the research,
I had a urine Iodine test and i had barely non if some iodine in my body,
I will be stating back on iodoral today a 1/4 of a tab, I WAS wondering how long can one expect to be uncomfortable as i would like to plan my time and just go threw it, weeks , months , i just don't know,,,I am 65 and diabetic on insulin and meds,,, thank for any input , Linda"
