The size of a typical gallbladder is about 9 cm (3.5") x 4 cm (1.6") on the inside and a little larger on the outside taking into the thickness of the walls. It contains 60 mL of bile.

What about the size of this stones?





You can see the bulges of the individual stones which have been compressed together.
