Breast cancer patients and hypoT children have a faulty NIS

According to Jorge Flechas, Breast Cancer patients and hypoT children have a NIS (Sodium-Iodide-Symporter) defect.

Iodine defuses into tissues, but Iodide must be transported via the NIS. Of course, Vitamin C helps correct this defect.
Lack of Iodine is the leading cause of mental retardation.
