hey all,
I also think/feel/agree that MH is a god send.. and I hope am not overdominating this forum.. as you can see all the members of my family have health issues..

and am starting in this order of priority

- me first (am the sole breadwinner)
- my daughter
- my mother (jobless but takes care of my daughter and the food-- still have to convince her to become 100% raw)
- my father (jobless but takes care of our house and my daughter)

though sometimes the last 2 are in reverse order

anyways, I hope that sometimes you also post something.. even just once a week...

aside from MH, I also value the experiences of people who post...e.g. mira, PC, pioneer, adonis, lupas, awakened (thats all I can remember now)...
