Vervaine dosage

My second batch of vervaine will soon be finished. The first one I did was only one litre (one quart?). This one if four litres so I should be able to drink larger amounts. I am wondering what dosage you are drinking and if there is a maximum per day? My whole intestines are full of worms and I can see them moving visibly like some of you have done here as well, so I am guessing I need a large amount.
