Thanks hotswap. That's what I suspected when I went to his site and saw all fitness testimonials. His articles on AF and candida were pretty thorough, and that is what got me interested initially. I figured that since I hadn't heard of him here in the forums (unlike Lam, Wilson, etc) that he probably wasn't going to be a standout, but I had to ask.

I'm definitely not in an early stage of AF either, so I think I'll save my money from this guy. Thanks for the heads up!
