the ashwanganda , vitamin c and stuff are even more stimulating, you probably dont need it. I have experienced the same thing you are describing with the constant adrenaline and anxiety, its the worse thing ever. I still get that way if I do not eat right. I think that I felt this way when my electrolytes are off, which they seem to be constantly swinging back and forth. If I drink salt water early in the day, I will feel much calmer . But at night it will be too stimulating. You could try experimenting with drinking salt water , start with 1/4 to 1/2 tsp of
Sea Salt in 8
ounces of water.
ALso have you tried taking magnesium? This has also helped me calm down, even makes me quite tired sometimes. You will want to try calcium with it , so you do not create an imbalance.
I would look into getting a hair analysis, it can tell a lot about your health.... a whole lot. A lot of people on this forum are doing this through Dr Larence WIlson, his site is here
