thats why when I bought the Hulda Clark and Gerson books I didnt follow their protocols involving vitamin C and hydrogen peroxide and all of the other supplements that came with it.

Their researches and experience are very very good though... thats why its still a worthwhile read..it motivated us so much to the point that i had my mercury amalgam fillings by a biodentist.. my mother also had all het rotting teeth pulled...

about the Lugol's iodine, I was alwways doubtful about it and I know my mother (who have breast cancer), needs the Iodine so badly... somehow by instinct my mother didnt take the Iodine as religiously as she would have in taking the Gerson juices ..

thanks to MH we found a better source of Iodine (from trees)

we also have stopped taking diagnostic tests...for practical and safety reasons..

a decade ago i wudnt have imagined that I would have to "protect" my family from conventional doctors.. my mother (and consequently me), trusted them as if they are demi-gods..

now its not the case anymore, we take full accountabilitiy and responsibility for our owwn health..
