I have a friend of mine and she wrote the following today - "I would like to add that 3000mg a day of Niacin is a popular dose, that some people take up to 11,000mg a day to get better, to remember that Niacin has a "flushing" effect, and that a person who tried this therapy personally told me that the "non-flushing" type did not work for him".
