Interesting! make me wonder what blood type you are. I recall, according to the D'adamo blood type theory, cayenne would be classed not beneficial for type A's. This is something I've wondered about, from time to time. The conclusion I've come to is that cooked cayenne is not good,
but raw, and the kind in the Master Tonic is ok--for me, I am type A.
It is said that ginger is a good alternative (in terms of "medicinal/beneficial") for type A's, and I find it to be tolerated much better.
