What gives me pause is that the government was able to ban Cannabis in the first place. It is a God given right and is protected under the First and Ninth amendments to the U.S. Constitution as well as the Bible.

There is a phrase in almost every ancient religious book that specifies that man has the right to 'use all of the herbs of the earth'.
