Re: Easier liver flush?
I can't speak too much from experience yet as my first flush didn't yield any stones or change of health. The
colonic did make me feel pretty shite, and the
Epsom Salts gave me a headache.
But I just wanted to say that the 2012 edition of
Andreas Moritz 's book is very comprehensive on this topic, so well worth getting if you don't have it already.
Instead of drinking apple juice for 6 days prior to the flush, Andreas also recommends tsp Malic Acid powder mixed in water sipped throughout the day. You can find it at winery or home brew stores. I'm using it at the moment, but can't vouch for its effectiveness yet. I'm also using gold coin grass, chanca piedra and a bunch of other things, so I'll never know what the key ingredients are for myself.
If you're geting stones I would keep at it. You seriously should think about getting a job that isn't stressful as on one hand you're trying to be healthy and on the other you're adding to your body's stress load. Stress can create a whole host of issues in the body alone.
I don't think the shortcuts work so well and many increase the risks. It doesn't take too much time to not eat and to change your diet for a few days once you have found a few things to eat. I guess its the colon cleansing and sitting on the dunny that takes time.
Good luck!
