Going to parties, etc. while "fasting" gives people "ammunition" to "bug" you silly!..........but is "doable", but I suggest waiting till Midnight New Years Eve.......the greatest "idea" IS TO START EACH NEW YEAR OUT, CORRECTLY.....

Finally this new year I have a new zapper to swallow...something I have not had for some years....using a zapper internally your entire fruit juice fast is extremely good.
