thanks Mira for your support via the forum and via PM.. I am also reading Anne osbourne's orange juice fasting blog for inspiration..

I will start again on Monday (will do the 3 day salt flush) first...instead of a liver flush...then count 14 days from Monday...will see if I can make it to 21 days given the Christmas season...

will look forward to your support..
