I finished Day 5 yesterday. The fog in my brain is still bad. Last time it took 7 days for my mind to be fresh. I just have a notebook with me at all times to jot stuff down so I don't look like I am literally crazy.
My lower back pain is getting worse. I just started my menstrual cycle, which tells me my body has some massive clean-up.
I decided again to go without supplimentation from my thyroid medicine.
I am not weighing myself, but found my cute red dress is looking good today.
As to the cellulite ... I am 100% convinced Water Fasting to reduce all toxic material in your fat is the only way to get rid of cellulite. I see it happen to me each and every time I fast. Cellulite is toxins ... fast to get them out and then only build reserves with the lowest toxins in food. You will have sexy legs and butts for life!!!
Will give an update in a couple days. Energy is good despite the back pain. I am using my heated seats and a microwave heating pad to get through some of the pain.
