I didn't get frustrated, your posts just sounded like you were "sure" that it was neurodermatitis, and then a bacterial infection :)

And I too agree that it could be neurodermatitis / atopic eczema(; and it could also be a very resistent infection of some sort). In fact, that's the closest diagnosis regarding the results of my biopsy that my derm gave me.
