10 Day Fast - Day 1

I am beginning a 10 day fast and am looking forward to the benefits that will come, not just weight-loss but also a clearer and more peaceful mindset and countenance. Want to refresh and renew myself inside and out. Looking to be able to hold myself accountable and document my feelings (physical and emotional) and share with those also on similar journeys here.
