I really have no choice! I love running, and I run a few big races during the year. It was hard today psychologically because I wanted to conserve energy for the fasting. I will run daily for at least 30 minutes or else I will be in a lot of pain come race day!
I ran about 2.5 hours today. The last half was difficult. But I did it! I will break my fast before my next long run, so now I just have to get through the shorter runs, which I don't think will be hard.
I am making fasting & eating healthy my top priority. I feel very strong!
