There are no clean sources of water?
ive been trying to maximize my environmental health and healthy food intake + water intake, but here is where i come to a problem...
everyone says a good supply of water is necessary and vital to health and fighting disease. but no one explains where to get that!!!!! yes, everyone knows tap water is bad, so whats the alternative? i see 2 options :
- treated tap water (available from many water stores)
- plastic bottled spring water
well, it seems to me BOTH are good and bad for unique reasons!!!
first off, theres tap water :
tap water is obviously horrible because of flouride, chlorine, etc and various other wastes and contaminants. personally, i live in one of the worst areas for water which i have recently read about. people say our water is a ticking time bomb of truly contaminated water here in the silicon valley northern california area and apparently all the computer and industrial companies out here have been dumping industrial waste for decades... this waste is starting to get into our ground water which will eventually render the water supply here completely toxic (if it is not already).

heck, that could relate to why i formed sicknesses in the first place i imagine...
so to me? that means that no matter HOW well treated/purified/ozonated/reverse ozmosis/etcetc the water is? it is STILL going to have toxic particles of contamination (although at diminished amounts). i have read about one specific water store here that people recommend which is supposed to have an industrial strength water processing machine (im not sure which part of the processing) but honestly im still not convinced its 'safe'. especially in mass quantities to treat disease.
ok. so that said, onto the next option : bottled water.
bottled water is natural and from springs (as long as its not aquafina or one of the tap water kinds) so that seems better to me... but, its bad because of plastic. benzene toxicity is seemingly a huge issue for people with cancers and illness i have read... especially if their illness is related to hormones and the endocrine system which gets disrupted by plastics. they say that the 'hard plastic' containers do not leak any plastic particles into the water but im not convinced. perhaps it is a less amount of leaked plastic than thin plastic bottles but im really not convinced.
so theres really only have 2 choices that i can see :
- chemicals (treated tap)
or
- plastic (spring bottled)
the treated water will have traces of ozone and other good substances i suppose which makes it a bit more attractive, but the spring water will be more pure. yet the spring water comes in plastic. sdlkagjlkdsajgkdsla both are bad!!!!
haha. tell me im wrong here? it seems to me we just get to choose between plastic or chemicals. perhaps moderation between both is the best? i duno. is there really no safe water solution? am i missing something? maybe if i lived somewhere with a better water supply treated water (distilled etc) would be a good option but in this city, i believe its still tainted. and the same would go for installing my own filters on the horrid tap water. where should i get good water??
edit1: i have noticed some imported waters are in glass bottles. usually from italy or etc and usually only 22oz, but that seems like it would be the cleanest water to drink... however i realize it wont have ozone or any of the benefits of *treated* water. so is the best solution perhaps to buy GLASS bottled spring water... and then ozonate it yourself? it seems that would be far safer and more beneficial than plastic spring water or tap water (treated tap water).
let me know if i just am not seeing the big picture right or if there are any solutions to buying TRULY clean and/or treated water i dont know about. maybe i could order some treated water from a distant county or state? lol seems ridiculous i guess, but if the water here is really all dangerous...? what can i do. thanks for reading.
EDIT2: oh yeah a final note... showers. showers pump us full of all the toxins found in tap water. especially at high temperatures, we are even breathing particles of all that fluoride and etc toxic materials like hexavlent chromium. so how are sick/diseased people supposed to shower? are we not supposed to clean ourselves? lol. only shower sparingly? its hard because a shower is one of the best and most satisfying things one can do. aw well. hit me with any ideas... thanks for reading
