not an expert but looking at your results i'm wondering:
- isn't prevotella and streptomyces high score? anaerobes part. if is so you've got another issue besides protozoa. as far as i know prevotella is small intestines mainly based and it's pathogenic
- butyrate seems low which is also not ok for bowel mucosa

for prevotella and stuff you can read dr.myhill page for fermentation in the gut just to have an idea. usually butyrate gets lower with a reason like infection - there are some ways to supplement but be sure you don't have othe rbacteria.

do try to find out what parasites/protozoa do you have cause they can ruin the lining in the intestine and lower your local imunity. so new comers can easily settle them down there.
