The minerals the body needs mostly come from food, where they have been metamorphosed by vegetation into the organic form, and are therefore made bioavailable and of use to the body.
The minerals we receive within water are of the inorganic form and of no biological use, except to serve to clog the arteries and tissues of the body.
Distilled water is said to leach minerals from the body, and this is true of course, but only the inorganic minerals, and not the organic minerals that have become part of the cell-structure and needed by the body.
Good post paraboy.
