What has always helped me is an avacado in the afternoon...drizzled with EEVOO and some lime.
If you are a morning eater...mash it, add some coriander/cilantro, pepper and lime plus a little minced rep pepper. tastes like acrambled egg.
It is a fruit.
I also had to add a tablespoon of coconut or eevo to my evening schedule. It helped keep me full during the day.
