What causes tenderness at the roof and back of mouth? Also in the back of the gullet?
After a somewhat silly overdose of nictonic acid yesterday, I'm slowly getting back on track with oil pulling, regular food and proper supplementation again. I had a really massive dieoff yesterday, and it sent my blood sugars through the roof, but have started to feel a ton better after 18 mg of boron and about 200 mg of cruahed magnesium citrate. I'm also using b-100 complex (1x a day), D3 5000iu/day, 30 mg zinc gyconate, 250 mg silymarin (milk thistle blend), and plenty of kelp powder.
I'm trying to keep natural vitamin C complex foods nice and high, and to stay on a low glycemic index diet with plenty of meat.
The roof of my mouth, towards the back, the back of the oral cavity and under the sides/back of my tongue are tender too. There are no sores or puss-swellings, but with a flashlight it looks quite pale (the flashlight is a really blue color. )
I'm wondering if anyone might help me track this down. It looks like simple anemia and a need for an upped protien intake to me. Thoughts are very welcome!
