For me is really easy, hopinso. I need to work on my health, I believe in WF, so I just do it. Like Nike :)

My first year I used to read all the time here ,everything posted by my favorite top 3 participants - post after post, link after link (I didnt remember you posting back 2010 ).. WF just make so much sense to me. Couldnt forgive myself I was not aware of it before. Huuuuuge eye opener !

So,I never doubt WF. I celebrated every detox crisis. Never cared what the others thought about me fasting with water. You know, I need my energy for fasting not to be on defense :) Water Fasting time has always been "my time ". Love the comfort, piece and spirituality that brings back to my life...I do my part,then the Nature works hard to fix me. What is so hard about it :)
