Use butter, lard - or chicken fat.  That's what my grandmother used.  She never had any of the other oils in her house.  She never exercised, made here own bread, doughnuts, noodles, cakes and everything else with real ingredients including lard in particular.  She lived until age 83 and all of her five children lived well into their 80's and they generally ate like she did.  In fact one of her daughters, my aunt who I lived with for awhile, lived to be 100 eating toast, bacon and coffee for breakfast and doughnuts and other sweets for snacks.  This woman was overweight and died only because she longed for her husband who preceded her in demise just a few months before, only making it to 99 (eating the same way she did) - two months short of his hundredth birthday.
