exactly! i dont know why even some of these "health" sites would mention canola oil. thats the worst thing you could possibly use.

i have actually been trying to decide on the best oil to cook with. there's coconut, red palm, olive, avocado, grapeseed. i would be using it for baking things like sweet potatoes, winter squash, beets, parsnip, and fish. good pure olive oil is expensive and still has a high omega 6: omega 3 ratio.

what would you recommend?
