Omega 3's yes, canola NO!

Reduce your omega-6 intake the easy way by choosing canola or olive oil instead of corn or soybean oil for cooking and drizzling over salads.

Why would anyone choose genetically modified rapeseed oil - AKA canola oil?  It is one of the most highly genetically modified crops on the planet - right up there with soy, corn and cotton. And recent revelations about the adultering of olive oil make plain olive oil questionable too. How about true extra virgin olive oil, flax oil, grapeseed oil or hemp oil instead.
