Re: Hot Lava.... The Cold Sheet Treatment and Day 9

I am curious since this post is some 19 months ago have you done anything different? I did it last night and could not complete because I had to go to the bathroom 4 hours into the treatment. I cannot find anything out there that gives any information on how much water you should or should not drink during the day before you do the CST. Do you have any idea how much a person should hydrate themselves before the CST? I have had kidney failure in the past and have to be careful. Here is what I did.

This is the web site I went to for instructions: http://www.herballegacy.com/Cold_Sheet.html

Use the yarrow tea for the diaphoretic, it is much more tolerable and its sole purpose is to induce sweating. Buying it online from Mountain Herbs

For the herbs to put in the tub go to this web site, they are premixed: http://healthfree.com/incurables_program_cold.html#1

I can't imagine how hot it got if you rubbed it on you I felt like I was experiencing a third degree burn when in the tub. Oh and I did not cover my sensitive area and it didn't seem to bother me at all.
