Advice for going 100%?

looking for insight to go 100% raw. I have been on the raw diet for 1 year 8 months, but only 95-98%. Well this last time I tried 100%, I lasted 10 days. I saw even more clarity in my skin, even though I went back into detox (zits, rashes). I know I am not done detoxing, and will greatly benefit even more going 100%. (95% helped me overcome CF) But how to overcome my bread and cheese addiction?
