Simple carb and candida cure, reflux, low stomach acid !

Hi

Still ups and downs. This time i am sure that grains are bad for my (NON-albicans) candida and for low stomach acid problem and many more like reflux, indigestion, depression, anxiety, more more more.

Read this:
" An alternative to a VLC is something called a “specific carbohydrate diet” (SCD), or the GAPS diet. In these two approaches it is not the amount of carbohydrates that is important, but the type of carbohydrates. The theory is that the longer chain carbohydrates (disaccharides and polysacharides) are the ones that feed bad bacteria in our guts, while short chain carbohydrates (monosacharides) don’t pose a problem. In practice what this means is that all grains, legumes and starchy vegetables should be eliminated, but fruits and certain non-starchy root vegetables (winter squash, rutabaga, turnips, Celery root) can be eaten. These are not “low-carb” diets, per se, but there is reason to believe that they may be just as effective in treating heartburn and GERD. See the resources section below for books and websites about these diets, which have been used with dramatic success to treat everything from autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to Crohn’s disease. "

I am sure , cuz i have ups and downs since last 1,5 year and all this time eat cooked parsley (around 500 grams daily of simple carb) where 6% carb are sacharide(simple carb+fructose). So yes , stop starch like BEE WILDER SAYS.

Now, as my low stomach/NO stomach acid problem try to threat. I add one or two Lugol drops for Iodine and my B12 in diet could be too little where 4 eggs and fish have aroud 15 mikro grams !! I take 10-20mg B12 from supps , let see next weeks what happen ;)

I take also B1 supps, B6 and 100mg GLUCONATE zinc(so it only 35 gram real ZINC) , so its 45mg-50mg of zinc from supps and my diet.

Sodium / Potassium is around 1:1 maybe little more potassium - books say Sodium/Potassium ratio 0,85 !!!! Anyway 1:1 keep my salvia all the time - so i am not dehydrated at all !!

Please give me suggestion to increase my appetite - i comply with all requirements - B12, chlorine, sodium, B1,B6, zinc, folic acid, pantotenic acid(300mg!!), B-complex not too much not too little, but appetite is low or sometimes not at all.
