thanks Neo, i was actually using my iphone to record it.. but yeah, I guess i should have known better to record horizontally.

my daugter enjoys being part of our juicing routine, but since it takes longer to teach than do it myself, we only have these sessions on weekends.

this video has a part 2 --> she uses the orange/pineapply juice as a base for a green smoothie...

yesterday, she was so happy to see our seeds sprouting (we are going to plant kailan (a local kale), celery, and lettuce in my mother's garden...

there are other videos in our channel (nanaymiriam)-- hope to be able to buy a better camcorder thouh.. i still have a few other videos on my iphone, but it needs some editing..

am planning to take the family herbalist course online...
