Re: advise from someone experienced would be greatly appreciated, thankyou
Hi I am sorry for the late response. We lost power for 6 days and then again for 1 day. I didn't realized you answered me back until just now...
Who are you working with?
Did someone go over your results with you?
I will try and help you understand your ratios and what has helped me.
ca/mg 77 Severe
Sugar and simple carbohydrate sensitivity
I had this also, I am now just hypoglycemia 1 step better.
I needed to eat a good protein at every meal and veggies (no night shades). You may need to eat 5 small meals aday...Try and stay away from all simply carbs like sugar, white flour, honey, candy pasta, bread...this puts the adrenals in more stress.
CA/k 77 Severe low thyroid activity 75%+ energy loss
The kelp and thyro-complex helped me. I am not sure that the kelp would have lowered your cortisol...are you sure it is not something else...like stress or even chamamile tea lowered mine. Not saying it didn't thou!
Na/Mg 2.5 Mild sluggish adrenal activity 10-25% energy loss
Na/K 2.5 Mild inversion - beginning of adrenal exhaustion
Zn/Cu 10.77 copper deficiency or unavailability
Ca/P is Ca/k calcium/potassium ratio? Moderate sluggish thyroid 25-50% energy loss
Here is where I got the info on your ratio #'s more info is on this site that will help you understand this.
