My lymphedema seems to be getting better.

Hi.

I've had left leg lymphedema, secondary to Hodgkins, for 17 years or so. The fluid is in my entire leg and I'm pretty spongy on the whole left side of my body.

I have done lymph drainage massage and I used to wrap, but haven't in many years. Too much work, frankly. I have a boyfriend who does gentle massage on my leg most nights and it has made it better.

Recently though, I have started doing some new things and my leg is getting noticeably better. I have an ankle on the outside of my left foot. I haven't had that in years. As well as loose skin on my foot and toes. My calf is soft. I don't know specifically which thing I'm doing is making it happen, but in the event that it helps anyone else, I wanted to share.

I started taking Thyroid from a website http://www.drrons.com.
I found that it makes me thirsty (which I am usually not), so I drink a lot more water. Usually, when my leg starts to get smaller (as it does in cycles for some reason), when I drink water, it fills back up. It's not.

The other thing I'm doing that's different is I'm taking systematic enzymes. I started taking them because I have developed a fibroid and these are supposed to get rid of it. What I noticed though, is that my leg is getting smaller. I still have lymph nodes in my groin, but I've often thought there was scar tissue there. I'm saying this because I don't know if this will work for those who have had them removed, but the website I've been getting them from is http://www.astenzymes.com.
I have no connection to this site, other than getting the enzymes from them. I got the circulatory ones and the inflammation ones. It has been 3 and a half weeks and I keep waiting and trying not to get too hopeful, but my leg keeps getting better. What's odd is that I've been on my feet much more than usual, which would normally make it worse. I have about 15-20lbs of extra fluid in my body and I tend to sit with my foot up whenever possible.

I'm sharing this on the off-change that it helps. I also started taking a coffee that has a mushroom in it, but I think that's just for immune system in general and I don't know that it is helping my leg.

If anyone else tries it and it works, I'd love to hear about it. I'm really excited.

I have an ankle!!
