This got me thinking. If they can't move fast then what am I feeling? After reading this (http://classes.seattleu.edu/biology/biol235/hodin/nematodePriapulidGroup/nema... about how nematodes move using wave-like pressure using their whole body one possible explanation for the speed is that they're not moving very far at all, however they're so long and already present in the body tissue's entire length so what I'm feeling could just be their bodies wave pressure speed as it oscillates over its entire length.

Mind blowing if this is what it is...
