You might be referring to using tobacco as a remedy for worms. I have heard of this one also. I don't know if it works, or if it is dangerous to do. The only comment I have is that if you are going to try it, don't use a cigarette, they are loaded with chemicals. Use organic tobacco, I think it's called American Spirit and you can get it at tobacco shops.
