I'm sorry I don't have any specific advice, but I want you to know it will get better! Just grit your teeth and hang on. As your hormones start to rebalance, you'll have good days (and maybe some bad ones), but it will get better overall. It doesn't surprise me that you developed new symptoms AFTER removal - it happened to me too. But you're on the right path now that it's gone. Even though I would start to feel worse during my periods, I learned to welcome each cycle because I knew it was a chance for my body to rebalance.
Eat well, drink a lot, sleep as well as you can, and just hang in there.

All right, I actually do have a product to recommend if you want to try herbs. I've been using Adrenal Tonic by Mountain Mist Botanicals and really like it. I can tell that it has helped my recovery. You can also try digestive bitters to improve liver function (which helps with hormone balance). Time is your best friend.
