Going too low carb too quickly can cause ketosis which stresses the body and lowers the immune system.....we all want to get well but, the reality is it's going to take time. Force things too far too fast and you could end up making things worse.
Remember, you will starve long before starving out candida.
Everything in moderation probably won't set you back too far and perhaps gives you little tests to see what foods your body responds to and in which manner.
