Lyme disease and Anaplasmosis diagnosis at 9years old golden retriever

Hello everybody,

My dog friend golden retriever-rescue trained dog is on the diagnosis of two illnesses as result of tickborne disease and blood tests:
- lyme disease
- anaplasmosis.
Veterenerian put the dog on Antibiotics for lyme disease.
It seems the lyme disease is managed ( afraid if this is only remission state ?). But vetereinerian recommended no special aditiona antiboitic treatment for anaplasmosis.

So now the dog is dealing with pains and stiffness in joints and muscles. He eats regularly but food that is enriched with probiotics otherwise diarrhea is present.

Lately we regularly add the mix of ground chia seeds, parsley, young sunflower plants and broccoli sprouts. This is just guess on blind to add to the food. No referecen found ? This is given once per day. Also at evening twoo hourse after evening meal we are giving him small amount of barley grass juice in hope that this would provide for kidney and liver cleansing.

The vet's advice was to be patient for about six moonths suppose illness disappear by itself.

Is there any better idea or experience from anybody of you to give support for cure or at least to give him releive for joints pains like oils, better more absorbable dog's sources for omega-3 oils ? How to protect liver, and kidney or regular basis and what regular food would be the best.
I mean those ingredients ( sunflower greens, broccoli sprouts , parsley are added as fresh into dog's kibble food ). Barley grass juice is injected every evening to dog's snout with the injection pump so that he absorb all. So question what basic food would be the best to which we add natural supplements. So three main questions:
1. basic healing food
2. natural supplements
3. Homepoathic treatment - any hope for more direct way?
