Egg yolk liver flush. Anyone done it?

Hey guys,

I have been wanting to do a Liver Flush for quite some time but all the methods I knew of seemed like they would be too harsh on my already taxed adrenals. I just can't afford to throw myself into another detox crash, but I know my liver needs attention.

I can't tolerate the sugars in apple juice or in the grapefruit juice either. I just learned about the egg yolk flush and it seems like it would be ideally gentle for me.

What I would like to know is if any of you have tried it recently, and did you feel that it worked? Good experience? Bad experience? Please share! Any info will be helpful. Thanks :)
