Well I can say to you that im my day three of not taking NB supplements (I ran off GB3 and waiting for other digestive aid, otherwise I fear of not absorbing them) its much harder to come out of the bed and possibly im feeling more depressed. But will see.
And anyway at least for digestion I do really need the help... plus wilson nailed it with many things like fruit. Fruit wreaks havoc in my digestive system and ferments like crazy.
