funny you put it that way V. i remember the first time i became leary of margarine, i was probably 16 or 17, and actually paid attention to the label "i can't believe it's not butter". i wondered "well what the hell is it?". i wasn't sure until much later in life when i learned its like a molecule away from plastic, but regardless i never touched it a day after that teenage 'revelation'
