Daniel has made so much progress....... yeah it's been slow but when you look at what his lips were to start with it's a definite improvement. I think the leave alone method needs tweaking for some people... and for others it just takes a long time.

And the yellow crusts are not always an infection. It's like when you get a scab and it gets thick and dries and it turns a darker colour.

I agree with you that leaving the crusts on for too long isn't good. Getting them wet in water helps those crusts to come off sooner.
