I had exactly the same problem - same symptoms. Its caused by worms - 100% guaranteed this is your problem.

Get yourself the following:

these two you can get over the counter from a drug store, for the treatment of pin worms: Do a google search to find out max dose per kg of body weight. It is more than the 1x100mg tablet.
Mebendazole
Pyrantel

these require a prescription (or take a look at horse wormer paste from an online store)
Ivermectin
Praziquantel

for killing of the eggs:
fenbendazole

this is the only one that kills all stages from egg to adult of liver flukes:
Triclabedazole

a simple antihistamine (e.g. polaramine) and ibuprofen before taking will help keep the die off symptoms in check.

Think about a kidney and liver check before doing this, as with all drugs, these organs along with your colon are the main organs which deal with the resultant toxins and break down the drugs.

You will get your life back. Rather than walking around with an empty head where no thought pass through.
